Quick 'n' easy basic blend
2 scoops chocolate or vanilla WHEYLESS™
200ml chilled low fat milk (dairy, soy or rice) or water
Blend thoroughly in a blender or shaker until smooth.
2 scoops chocolate or vanilla WHEYLESS™ 200ml chilled low fat milk (dairy, soy or rice) or water 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen) Blend thoroughly in a blender until smooth.
2 scoops chocolate WHEYLESS™ 1 tsp. instant coffee or 1 shot of espresso coffee 200ml low fat milk (dairy, soy or rice) Ice Blend thoroughly in a blender or shaker until smooth. 2 scoops vanilla WHEYLESS™ 1/2-1 banana 1/2 tsp. SPIRULINA 1 Tbsp. FLAXOMEGA™ flax oil 200ml chilled water or low fat milk (dairy, soy or rice) Blend thoroughly in a blender or shaker until smooth.
2 scoops vanilla WHEYLESS™ 1/2 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or tinned) 100ml chilled water 100ml light coconut milk Ice Blend thoroughly in a blender until smooth.
2 scoops vanilla WHEYLESS™ 150ml chilled water 2 Tbsp. low fat unsweetened acifophilus yoghurt 1/2 banana 1 kiwifruit 1 Tbsp FLAXOMEGA™ flax oil 1 tsp flaxofibre™ Ice Blend thoroughly in a blender until smooth.
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate WHEYLESS™ 1/2 cup peaches, nectarines, apricots or mango (fresh or tinned) 100ml low fat milk (dairy, soy or rice) 100ml chilled water 1 Tbsp. unsweetened acidophilus yoghurt Ice Blend thoroughly in a blender until smooth.
2 scoops chocolate WHEYLESS™ 200ml chilled soy milk 1/2-1 banana 1 Tbsp. FLAXOMEGA™ flax oil Blend thoroughly in a blender until smooth. Berry bonanza
