Good Health has a team of naturopaths involved in developing and maintaining its' product range. This team is also available to support Agents, Retailers and Consumers via telephone and email enquiries with answers to questions in relation to its products, related health concerns, and natural wellbeing.

Jenni Lane

Jenni has extensive experience within the health industry having worked in advisory roles and run a private naturopathic practice before joining Good Health. Initially employed as an in-store naturopath to Good Health's retailers, Jenni now works in the marketing department where she is focused on new product development and compiling in-depth research to provide scientific validation to back our quality products. She also leads the Good Health correspondence training courses. Its comprehensive curriculum is designed to ensure that retailers selling Good Health's product range maintain a high level of knowledge and skills.

Jenni has a broad academic background firstly obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Canterbury University, majoring in Zoology, then a Bachelor of Health Science through Charles Sturt University and Advanced Diplomas in both Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine through South Pacific College in Auckland. She received a Dean's award for outstanding academic achievement in the Bachelor of Health Science.

Erica Matthews

Erica's primary focus is the marketing content of all Good Health product packaging, and writing the naturopathic content of all brochures, articles and advertorials for the company. In addition to this she provides technical support and natural health advice on Good Health products via the naturopathic advice line and website. Erica is also involved in the preparation of training material to promote the understanding and application of the Good Health product range in the retail market.

Erica has been involved in the natural health industry since 2004, working in retail health stores before joining the Good Health naturopathic team in 2006. She is currently in the final stages of completing a double diploma in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine at Well Park College of Natural Therapies.
