Uses

Acai is a dark purple rainforest berry considered a superfood because it contains significant amounts of nutrients, primarily Anthocyanin a potent antioxidant to protect against the damage caused by harmful free radicals. Acai berry has one of the highest antioxidant levels for a fruit source known to protect against and neutralise free radicals which can cause cellular damage.  Acai Berries have 10 times the antioxidant level of grapes, 2 times the antioxidant levels of blueberries and 10 to 30 times the Anthocyanins of red wine.
