Good Health Deep Sleep Night Cap is a gentle, effective combination of calming herbs with malt, butterscotch and vanilla providing a delicious drink to help relax the mind and body. Deep Sleep Night Cap™ is suitable for both adults and children to promote normal sleep patterns and as a soothing tonic during times of increased stress and anxiety. Good Health Deep Sleep Night Cap is a soothing malt, butterscotch and vanilla drink which helps to aid sleep. Deep Sleep Night Cap is formulated with Chamonile, Passionflower and Californian Poppy all known for their relaxing, sedative and anxiety-reducing actions to help treat anxiety, insomnia nad nervous tension.

Ingredients

Ingredients: (per 12g) 
Herbal extracts equivalent to dry: 
Matricaria recutita Flower (German Chamomile)2000mg
Passiflora incarnata Fruit and Flowering Herb (Passion Flower)500mg
Eschscholtzia californica Whole Plant (California Poppy)50mg
Other ingredients: 
Milk powder, malt powder, fructose, flavours.

Formulated without

Artificial sweeteners, preservatives or colours.

Dosage

Take 1 to 2 servings per day, before sleep.
Adults: Stir 2 heaped teaspoonfuls (12g) into a cup of hot or cold milk or water.
Children: Stir 1 heaped teaspoonful (6g) into half a cup of hot or cold milk or water.

Contra-indications

If you have allergies to plants from the Compositae family (a large group of plants including flowers such as daisies, ragweed and chrysanthemums), you may wish to be cautious about using chamomile at first. While there have been isolated reports of skin reactions and bronchial constriction - this is rare and most people can use this herb with no problem.   Diabetics use with caution as Deep Sleep Night Cap contains sugar.  Avoid if allergic or sensitive to gluten or dairy.
