Key Ingredients

Magnesium is essential for over 300 enzymatic, metabolic and cellular reactions within the body. It helps muscles and nerves function properly; it keeps our heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system and also assists in keeping bones strong.
Magnesium is commonly used as a gentle aid to help ease restlessness and promote relaxation and support a restful night’s sleep. Rest & recovery is an essential part of maintaining a healthy immune system, neurotransmitter production, and wellbeing.

Vitamin D3 increases the absorption of Magnesium & Zinc. Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth.

Vitamin C helps to protect the immune system and acts an antioxidant.

Zinc Is a cofactor for magnesium absorption in the body. Is an essential mineral that supports normal growth during childhood and immunity and is necessary for healthy skin repair.

Formulated without

No artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. No added gluten, egg, crustacea, fish, dairy, soy or wheat.

Dosage

Children 4-8 years: Chew 1-2 tablets daily or as professionally advised.
Children 9 years +: Chew 2-6 tablets daily or as professionally advised.
