Apricot & Cranberry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

✓ 2/3 cup dried apricots
✓ 1/2 cup dates
✓ 1/3 cup cranberries
✓ 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
✓ 1/3 cup almond meal
✓ 2 TBSP Good Health Coconut Oil
✓ 2 TBSP dedicated coconut
✓ 1 TBSP Good Health Chia Seeds

Directions

  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes
  2. Melt the Good Health Coconut Oil just enough for it to turn into a liquid
  3. Add all of the ingredients except the dedicated coconut to a food processor and blitz until the mixture is at a dough-like consistency
  4. Using a spoon create evenly sized balls
  5. Roll the balls in dedicated coconut
  6. Enjoy!
