Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

✓ 1 cup Good Health Chia Seeds
✓ 500g of berries (frozen or fresh)
✓ 4 cups of water
✓ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✓ 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Tip: If you like your jam slightly on the sweet side you can add Good Health Manuka Honey or maple syrup.

Directions

  1. Place your Chia Seeds in water for 10 minutes and leave to soak
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz
  3. It's that easy - enjoy!
