Beetroot & Cherry Smoothie
Recipe by Hope Nutrition
Serves: 1 adult or 2 children
Ingredients
✓ 1 banana, sliced into rounds and frozen
✓ Flesh of 8 fresh cherries, stalks and pips removed (if cherry season has come to an end where you are, 1/3-1/2 cup of any fresh or frozen berry or 6 prunes works well too!)✓ 1/3 avocado
✓ 1 Tbsp Pic’s Peanut Putter
✓ 1 tsp runny honey
✓ 2 tsp Good Health Organic Beetroot Powder
✓ ½ cup water
✓ 8 ice cubes
To serve: Toasted pumpkin seeds and coconut chips
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender or Nutri-bullet and process until thick and creamy
- Pour into a serving glass and top with toasted pumpkin seeds and coconut chips
- Enjoy!
