Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
✓ 1 cup Good Health Chia Seeds
✓ 500g of berries (frozen or fresh)
✓ 4 cups of water
✓ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✓ 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Tip: If you like your jam slightly on the sweet side you can add Good Health Manuka Honey or maple syrup.
Directions
- Place your Chia Seeds in water for 10 minutes and leave to soak
- Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz
- It's that easy - enjoy!
