Maca Energy Bites
Ingredients
✓ 1 Tbsp Good Health Chia Seeds
✓ 1/2 cup of pepitas
✓ 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
✓ 1/2 cup pistachios
✓ 1 Tbsp Good Health Maca Powder
✓ 10 medjool dates
✓ 1/2 tsp sea salt
✓ 2-3 Tbsp water
Directions
1. In a food processor, process the pistachios, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sea salt and Maca powder to a coarse consistency.
2. Add in the dates and continue to pulse.
3. Lastly add in the water, 1 tablespoon at a time until a dough consistency is formed.
4. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to firm up.
5. Enjoy!
