Banoffee Cookies
Ingredients
✓ 3/4 cup nut butter
✓1 cup ground almonds
✓ 1 ripe banana
✓ 5 tsp Good Health Maca Powder
✓ 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (or runny honey)
✓ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✓ Good Health Chia Seeds for sprinkling

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Add all ingredients into a food processor.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. With your hands, form large balls and then place on a baking tray.
5. Flatten in half using the back of a fork.
6. Sprinkle with chia seeds and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden on the outside.
