Pear & Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
✓1 cup chopped pear (can use frozen if you wish)
✓1/2 frozen banana
✓ A few pieces of fresh ginger
✓ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
✓ 3/4 cup milk or nut milk
✓ 1 Tbsp Good Health Manuka Honey
✓ 1 Tbsp Good Health Chia Seeds
Directions
1. Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or NutriBullet and process until everything is smooth and combined.
2. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes before processing.
