Zesty Citrus Bliss Balls
Ingredients
✓The juice of 3 lemons, oranges or grapefruit
✓The zest of 1 lemon, orange or grapefruit
✓½ cup of LSA
✓ ½ cup of Good Health Chia Seeds
✓ ½ cup of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds (or a mixture)
✓ 1 cup of raw almonds or any other raw nuts
✓ 1 cup desiccated coconut
✓ 2 tablespoons of Good Health UMF 10+ Manuka Honey
✓ 1 tablespoon of Good Health Maca Powder (optional for extra energy)✓ ½ cup of softened dates or prunes

Directions
- Mix all the ingredients (apart from the juice and zest) in a blender.
- Once a smooth mixture has been formed, add the juice and grated zest. If the mixture is a little dry, either add some more juice, or add some warm water. If it’s too wet, add some more LSA or chia seeds.
- Once the consistency is right, roll into balls and place in the fridge to set.
- You can also roll the bliss balls in coconut to make them look extra special.
